i've been busy with what seems to be a million things. in between being a mom, i've been trying to squeeze in baking treats and making some fun things to celebrate st. patrick's day. crafts are complete. our lucky charm necklaces were packaged and sent into school today for all the teachers to wear tomorrow. and today, i am finishing up baking special treats for the class. and then, i will be ready for st. patrick's day!!
how about you? are you doing anything fun to celebrate st. patrick's day?
My three lil' leprechauns had Lucky Charms for breakfast before heading off to school. I attended an Irish Dance performance at the preschool before coming home to make rainbow cupcakes for Elle's class and brought them into school just before the end of the day. I was very happy to see all of the teachers wearing the lucky clovers we made.
My lucky charms are complete. They were very simple and inexpensive to make. Plus, the kids really enjoyed helping. You can find the recipe and directions here.
We will be giving all of my kids teachers these clever clovers on St. Patrick's Day.... I hope they will find them lucky too!!
