numbered chairs.

inspired by my love for typography, a few months ago i decided to update our dining room chairs with a little number typography.  the whole process only took me a little more than an hour.  it really was a quick update! and i am loving the way that they turned out.

so, so happy. my husband is coming home today! yes, today!! it's been six weeks and two days since we last said goodbye. i am counting the minutes until he arrives!


p.s. - my kids are very happy and anxious too!

flying by + studio mela.

lately, my days have been flying right by. just being a stay at home mom has kept me rather busy. it's no wonder when i saw this new print from studio mela it seemed so, so fitting for today. i have been a fan of these sweet and happy prints for some time. i love the simple and positive messages, many of which my husband and i try to instill in our children and live by. the believe it print hangs in our little elle belle's bedroom.

i saw this awesome image from Ideal Room on CreateGirl. i love all sorts of typography! and love what this says.... "you have my whole heart for my whole life." such wonderful words and a glimpse of a great looking bedroom!
