what are your plans? i really feel like it's been the weekend all week long. although, we've stayed home because my children have been sick, i have really enjoyed the down time. i've enjoyed simple meals, playing games and reading books. we snuggled together on the couch and watched movies, made beaded necklaces and i painted toes with the girls.no, it wasn't how i anticipated we would spend a week off from school, but i enjoyed the time just being a mom. i enjoyed spending time at home with my children without schedules or deadlines or tasks to be done. we slept in later than normal and sometimes, we wore pajamas all day long. we had the week off together with no where to go and it was wonderful.
